This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on Femme Therapy (femmetherapy.com) are processed and delivered. Femme Therapy sells beauty tools, accessories, and cosmetics. Unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout, all items are shipped from our overseas fulfillment partners.
Order Processing
• Processing time: 1–3 business days. During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take longer.
• Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect details.
• Order changes/cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately via the Contact page. We can only accommodate changes before the order enters processing.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
• Origin: Orders are shipped from overseas warehouses via trusted international and local couriers.
• Standard delivery window: 15–20 calendar days from the date of dispatch. Most customers receive their packages within this window, but delivery times may vary by destination, customs processing, and courier capacity.
• Multiple shipments: Items in the same order may ship separately to expedite delivery.
• Tracking: A shipment confirmation with tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery attempts: Couriers may require a signature or make multiple attempts. If a delivery is missed and the package is returned to sender, reshipment fees may apply.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if any) are displayed at checkout and are based on destination, order weight/volume, and selected service. Any promotional free‑shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated. Femme Therapy cannot control or predict these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we work closely with reliable logistics partners, unforeseen events (e.g., weather, customs inspections, peak‑season backlogs) can extend delivery times beyond the estimated 15–20 days. We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking and resolving courier issues where possible.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
• Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• Marked as delivered: If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, contact the courier and us within 24 hours so we can investigate.
• Lost in transit: If a package appears stuck in transit beyond 25 calendar days from dispatch, reach out to us and we will open a case with the courier.
Undeliverable Packages & Re‑Delivery
Packages returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal may incur re‑delivery or return shipping fees. We can reship once the address is confirmed and any applicable fees are paid.
PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses
Some couriers do not deliver to PO boxes or restricted locations. If this applies to your address, we may contact you for an alternative delivery location.
