These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of femmetherapy.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from Femme Therapy (“Femme Therapy,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the Site, using any part of it, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

7.2 Address accuracy

7.3 Changes & cancellations

Per our Refunds/Returns/Cancellations Policy, you may cancel within two (2) hours of placing an order for a full refund; after two hours, your order may have entered processing and cancellation may not be possible. (Femme Therapy)

8) Pricing, Currency, Taxes & Errors

• If we discover an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund paid amounts to the original payment method.

9) Payments

10) Dropshipping Fulfillment, Shipping & Delivery

10.1 Overseas fulfillment & split shipments

10.2 Processing & delivery estimates

• Standard delivery window is typically 15–20 calendar days from dispatch, but can vary due to destination, customs processing, and courier capacity. (Femme Therapy)

10.3 Customs inspections and delays

Customs authorities may open parcels for inspection; this is outside our control. Opening/resealing alone is not considered damage and is not grounds for refund/replacement. (Femme Therapy)

10.4 Delivery issues

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate with the courier. (Femme Therapy)

11) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy, including:

• Return/exchange requests within 7 calendar days of delivery (unopened/unused with seals/tags intact). (Femme Therapy)

12) Promotions, Discount Codes & Final Sale

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount permitted by law, if greater).

20) Indemnification

21) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

22) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our posted policies (Shipping & Delivery, Refunds/Returns/Cancellations, Privacy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Femme Therapy regarding use of the Site and purchases.
